CANCELLATION POLICY

At Timoney Wilde Hair, I value your time and mine. To keep things fair and allow me to serve everyone as best as possible, please follow these simple guidelines: Cancellations or Rescheduling: Give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice → 50% of the booked service price will be charged. (Life happens—I completely understand emergencies. Just let me know as soon as you can!) No-Shows: If you miss your appointment with no notice at all → 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Late Arrivals: I offer a 15-minute grace period. More than 15 minutes late → May be treated as a no-show, or we’ll shorten the service (fee may apply at my discretion). How to Cancel: Text or call me at 509-212-3632, or use my booking system if available. Quick communication is super appreciated! Payment of Fees: Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the credit card I have on file. A card is required to hold certain appointments. Touch-Ups & Adjustments: Any small touch-ups, corrections, or tweaks (like minor color adjustments noticed right after) must be requested and done within 2 weeks of your service date. *After 2 weeks, any additional work will be a new paid service. Refunds: All completed services are non-refundable. Your satisfaction matters—if something isn’t quite right, reach out within the 2-week window and I’ll happily make adjustments at no extra charge (based on availability). Children in the Salon: For safety and to respect other guests, children are welcome only if they are receiving a service. If a child comes along and the appointment can’t safely proceed, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Important Note: All prices are starting rates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, time needed, and specific services.
